Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They took time to make sure I understood what was going on and my options. Lots of great frame choices as well. Would recommend!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I've never had a bad experience. The entire staff is awesome, friendly and seem very caring. I've never had that "aw I have to deal with them feeling," it's always the complete opposite. I was made to believe there was no hope for my right eye until going here! At the very least I feel they will try their absolute best to get it right.
I had my annual vision exam at Brook Run Vision Center this past spring in order to update my prescription for my contacts. I had questions about the different lenses that were available, and the overall effect they would have on the health of my eyes. I called in and spoke with Matt. He not only helped with answering all of my questions, but he was also able to advise me on which would be the best fit based on my concerns. Once we agreed upon the appropriate lenses, he transferred me to Becky who was able to order them for me. The last time I ordered contacts (years ago from a different office), it took me weeks to get them. I had my contacts from Brook Run after only a few days. I am constantly blown away by the professionalism at this vision center and would definitely recommend them to others.
The people that work in this office are amazing. Dr.Peters was great. He didn't sugar coat anything. They took great care of me. Amazing service and so friendly.
I love this place!!! Dr Gray is professional, friendly and he listens to you. I love the customer service I received from Floyd. He works-the eye glass department and presents to you all of your options. He explains them patiently. He speaks to everyone waiting to make sure they are taken care of and gives exemplary customer service. I won’t go to anyone else. Five Stars.
